1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between v6v6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the v6v6 online gaming platform available at v6v6.app, including all subpages, features, services, promotions, and game products offered therein.

By completing the registration process and creating a v6v6 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold an active v6v6 account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Personal account: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of v6v6 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment service providers.

Age Verification Procedures

v6v6 conducts age and identity verification checks on all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at any time during the account lifecycle at v6v6's sole discretion. Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

If an account is found to belong to a player under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety. v6v6 will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or harm resulting from the closure of an underage account.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration

To access the full range of v6v6 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. All information must be truthful and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the v6v6 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. v6v6 employs technical measures to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your v6v6 login credentials, including your username, password, and the mobile device used to receive SMS OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. v6v6 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

v6v6 implements mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on all accounts. This feature cannot be disabled. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify v6v6 support at [email protected] immediately. v6v6 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. You may update your contact details, including email address and mobile number, by contacting v6v6 support. Changes to registered name or date of birth require submission of updated identity documentation and are subject to re-verification. v6v6 may suspend account activity while an information update is being processed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

All deposits to your v6v6 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Currently accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and international Visa and Mastercard cards. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. v6v6 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your v6v6 account balance in real time in the case of bKash and Nagad, and within a reasonable processing window for bank transfers and card payments. v6v6 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the source.

v6v6 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the deposit to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

Before processing your first withdrawal, v6v6 will complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification check. You will be required to provide a valid National ID, passport, or equivalent identity document. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Once KYC is approved, subsequent withdrawals proceed without further identity checks unless triggered by a specific review.

v6v6 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other form of conduct prohibited under these Terms. Any funds connected to prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

Currency & Taka Only Policy

v6v6 operates exclusively in BDT. There is no currency conversion step, no USD or EUR intermediary, and no foreign exchange fee applied by the Platform. What you deposit in Taka is what you play with in Taka. Your balance, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

v6v6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are credited in BDT. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the individual promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration, pass initial account verification, and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the v6v6 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. Full terms for the welcome bonus — including the qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering multiple, eligible games, and expiry — are published on the promotions page and may be updated periodically. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the v6v6 platform — including slots, live casino, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games, and sports betting — are operated under the rules specified by the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games on v6v6 use certified random number generators supplied and maintained by the game providers. Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's logic. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v6v6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement agencies where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using the v6v6 platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime in any form.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that was used for genuine gambling activity. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any outstanding balance.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine manual play.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Participating in any arrangement to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game offered on the platform.

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false identity documents, or employing any strategy designed to obtain promotional benefits in a manner not intended by the promotion terms.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel associated with v6v6 — including live chat, email, or community features — to threaten, abuse, harass, or intimidate support staff or other players.
• Impersonation: Posing as another player, a v6v6 staff member, or any third party in any communication or account-related activity.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your v6v6 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, v6v6 will confirm your identity and process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method. Accounts that have an active bonus at the time of closure will have the bonus and any non-withdrawable bonus-derived winnings removed prior to the final balance being paid out.

Self-exclusion is processed with immediate effect and prevents any further access to the platform for the duration selected.

Closure or Suspension by v6v6

v6v6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero account balance.

Where an account is closed by v6v6 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a material breach, v6v6 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

v6v6 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform is operational, accurate, and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v6v6 excludes liability for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures outside v6v6's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional content that contained a typographical or technical error, where v6v6 has taken reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Losses attributable to a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature arising from the use of the v6v6 platform.
• Gambling losses in general — all players participate voluntarily and accept that financial loss is an inherent feature of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits v6v6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. v6v6's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

v6v6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a player — v6v6 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of the change via email to your registered address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed on login.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to reflect changes in the platform's features that are already communicated separately) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent change, whether material or non-material.

Your continued use of the v6v6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. v6v6 will not penalise players who close their accounts in response to a material amendment to these Terms.
